Clear steps for opening your vault, adding facilities and keeping your access light moving toward green.
Create a FREE account
Choose Representative or Facility Admin, enter your account details, and create your core vault. Facilities may separately choose optional paid Managed Review.
Verify your email
Open the confirmation sent to your email, then follow the link or enter the one-time code on the Verify screen. The vault stays locked until verification is complete.
Add facilities
Representatives can search their home territory first or choose another state while traveling. Join the correct facility to share required credential status with its review team.
Upload credentials
Choose a credential category, add accurate dates and details, and upload the supporting document. Facility-specific requirements appear in your vault.
Read the status lights
Red means information is incomplete or needs action. Yellow means a credential is in review. Green means the current requirements are approved.
Install Re: Vault on your phone
On iPhone, open reprevault.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app.
